This offer is available when booking any of our mainline ‘All Day Services’ with DJ4You or Better Band for your wedding. This means our All Day DJ Packages covering ceremony through to dance floor, a band booking with an acoustic ceremony and cocktail hour add on, or even a live combo mix including an acoustic artist for ceremony and then a DJ for the evening. The key thing to note here is that our ‘On a Budget’ packages are not included.

Yes. You may transfer the vouchers to family and friends before making a booking with the vouchers. However, once a booking has been made, there is a cost involved in then transferring the booking so make sure if you are gifting this voucher you do this before making any reservations!
Rather than spend our money with ad agencies, we choose to spend it on our clients instead. We partnered with a marketing organisation to facilitate a cross-marketing campaign between ourselves and the resorts. We are collaborating with the resorts where everyone wins.
Technically, up to 18 months. My Great Escapes states on their website that you must book within 3 months, however this is more of a hard push to encourage customers to make their bookings soon after receiving their voucher to assure best availability for preferential dates and resorts.
The team who manage the bookings are pretty flexible on this and want everyone to get the most out of their voucher so we do encourage booking shortly after receiving them with plenty of time to spare before your preferred travel dates.
The My Great Escapes website has some terms around minimum income requirements. Please be aware that these are not enforced or checked and works more on an honour system, but are here as a guideline to ensure people have the means to pay for any costs incurred while staying at the resorts such as food, drinks, and external activities that may be booked through the resort and charged back to the room.
Yes you can. While the voucher is advertised as a trip for two, the voucher does allow for free inclusion of two children under 12. For kids over twelve additional charges will apply so we encourage you to speak to our concierge / booking agent when making your booking.
No, the accommodation offer is all year round. It is worth noting that peak periods are usually booked well in advance so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
The resorts do ask that the person responsible for and making the booking is over the age of 29 – the various resorts have slightly different requests around this so please do check in on each resort about this and ask your booking agent if you have any concerns.
This has been put in place simply to avoid the misuse of these vouchers for various party groups / Spring Break / Full Moon Party attendees. My Great Escapes has advised that people wanting to utilize the vouchers that do not meet this criteria can get a complimentary extension on the voucher until they meet the criteria or receive access to their VIP Travel Club, giving them the opportunity to explore over 1100 resorts across 50 countries at exclusive discounted rates.

Candi Dasa is an small established seaside town around one hour and fifteen minutes drive from the airport via the new by-pass. It is nestled in a bay of sand and clear blue waters which offer breathtaking views across the sea to three small islands, and to the rear a view of green palm covered hills and mountains. The resort is famous for its many fine restaurants and small hotels, which line the main road through the Village.
The small communities of Balinese villagers provide a welcome and friendliness typical of the culture for which Bali is so famous. Our resort is on the sea front, just a few steps to the sandy beach which slopes gently down to the sea. Entry to the sea is also a shallow slope, ideal for children and those preferring calmer waters. A short swim from the shore takes you to coral beds which are rich with marine life and a paradise for snorkeling.

This Resort also provides a truly perfect location for either the experienced or inexperienced Scuba Diving enthusiasts. We have our own Dive Centre with full training facilities. Each week we provide an introduction to diving in our pool. Rathbone’s Bar and Restaurant provides an extensive international range of European and Indonesian food or just snacks if you feel a bit peckish. Each week we provide a BBQ party night.
The Resort also has Mr Grumpy’s International Deli, Café and Sports Bar which is located on the high street, just a few minutes’ walk from the Resort. A free shuttle bus is provided.

Bali Palms Resort is located right on the Candi Dasa beachfront with breathtaking views of sea, islands and mountain backdrop. It is a luxury, modern hotel offering a full range of high standard facilities to make our guests comfortable.
Our Bali Diving Resort has its own PADI Scuba Dive Centre so you can learn to dive or the qualified diver may visit some of the many dive sites just off our beach.
Candi Dasa is a friendly kind of place where life is slow and the local people are very helpful and welcome visitors with a genuine smile. We are located at the beginning of Candi Dasa, just a 5 min. walk away to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, beauty salons, and other amenities of a small coastal town in East Bali. Our free shuttle bus runs hourly to the end of the town.
