Real Weddings – Auckland – Cordelia & Brad

Venue: Spencer on Byron Hotel, Takapuna, Auckland

Celebrant: Marg Delaney

Photographer: Wanting Huang

DJ: Iain MacMartin

We were lucky enough to be a part of Cordelia & Brads special day thanks to the recommendation of the Spencer on Byrons in house Wedding Planner, Rosie.

Our DJ Iain had his work cut out for him with an international guest list with many friends and family travelling from South Africa to attend the wedding! Marg Delaney took care of the proceedings at the Wedding Ceremony as the bride was walked down the aisle by dad to the classic ‘Pachelbel, and walked up the aisle to Stevie Wonders ‘ Signed, Sealed, Delivered’.

The photographer took the newly married couple down to the beautiful Takapuna Beach for their bridal party photos before returning to the Wedding reception where family friend Kyle welcomed the bridal party to the main dining hall of Spencer on Byron to the sounds of Imagine Dragons – On top of the World.

Cordelia & Brad had their first dance together to the a very popular wedding classic – Thousand years by Christina Perri. Cordelia threw her bouquet to Katy Perry’s Firework, and the final song was a 90s classic theme song Closing time by semisonic.
