Marc & Shawnees wedding was set in the South Auckland hills of Bombay at the Bracu Event Centre, part of the Simu Olive Gardens.

The Wedding was put together with the help from our friend Becks from Envy Events, and captured on Photo & Video by Kimberly Elizabeteh & Creative Films.  We were booked in to take care of the entire day for the lovely couple providing music and microphones right from the Ceremony.

Our Premium Wedding DJ, Jan Holland, arrived at Bracus purpose built Ceremony Marquee to meet Celebrant Chloe Boerema for early sound checks and to play the subtle arrival music as guests arrived and awaiting the arrival of Marc’s beautiful bride to be. As the moment arrived the sounds of Tom Walker’s – Just You & I filled the room as the bridal party began their walk down the aisle, followed by what was a beautiful ceremony ending in a celebratory walk up the aisle to the sounds of Chainsmokers & Colplay ‘Something just like this.

As the day progressed Wedding & Bridal photos were taken around the property as music carried on during canapes and dinner. It was almost Jans time to shine and get the party started! The newly wedding couple chose Jacke Bugg & Noah Cyrus – Waiting as their first dance followed by a variety of dance floor bangers ranging from Classic Rock, 90s & 2k throwbacks & top 40 radio hits.

Meanwhile, our Photo Booth attendant Kara was busy with guests taking silly selfies with our range of props in front of a beautiful grass & flower back drop provided by Envy Events. The evening concluded with friends singing and dancing around the small fire outside of the main event space to the lyrics of Semisonic – Closing Time.
